A few days after my JNS exit interview with Dror Bin, I keep returning to an idea.

An emergency investment can save a promising startup at the moment private capital freezes. But it cannot, on its own, settle whether the company’s most valuable work and people remain in Israel in the years that follow.

Bin faced multiple crises in his tenure - from the pandemic to domestic challenges to the fallout from the war. But what his successor may face could guide Startup Nation for generations.
