🚀 A new way to experience The Spiro Circle
More than 1 billion people every month check out podcasts on YouTube. So I'm taking my interviews there, too.
As many of you know, I’ve been running The Spiro Circle on Substack for the past six months, while also sharing video interviews on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. This week, I’m excited to share the next step:
The Spiro Circle now has its own YouTube channel
Why YouTube? The platform has grown far beyond cat videos and comment wars - it’s now one of the most important spaces for podcasts. In fact, YouTube announced in February 2025 that it reached more than 1 billion active podcast users and has become the #1 place people go to discover new shows. According to Google:
YouTube, including YouTube Music, is the most frequently used service for listening to podcasts, and people also head to YouTube first to discover new podcasts to listen to. Last year, viewers watched over 400 million hours of podcasts monthly on living room devices [emphasis mine].
That reach makes YouTube the natural next step for The Spiro Circle. Episodes will continue to appear first here on Substack (so you’ll always be notified), but now you can also catch them on YouTube, either during your commute on your phone or even on the big screen in your living room.
Of course, episodes remain available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts as well, where you can follow and rate them, too. My goal is simple: to make The Spiro Circle available wherever you want to listen or watch.
Where does that leave this Substack publication?
It is important for me to state that Substack will remain the only home for my written work, which is where I will continue to share new and exclusive articles.
If you’d like to support this work, you can also become a paid subscriber, right now with 90 days free. Your support helps me invest in better tools to make the content sharper, neater, and more enjoyable.
Thank you, as always, for following along. I’m currently working on a new episode exploring the convergence of AI and neurodiversity, and I can’t wait to share it with you soon on Substack, YouTube, Spotify, and Apple.
